Manson Appointed on Meadowbank Redevelopment

Manson have been appointed by Graham Investments Projects on the Meadowbank redevelopment.

Manson have been appointed as Planning Consultants for the submission of reserved matters applications on the land surrounding Meadowbank Stadium. 

The Graham-led consortium consists of Miller Homes, Panacea Property Development, and Places for People. The housing-led project will deliver at least 600 homes with 35% for the affordable housing market. It’s also proposed to be a net zero carbon project with high performance-low carbon footprint building materials, and no reliance on gas. 

Working with the design team (EMA Architects, Leach Rhodes Walker, Cundall, Ironside Farrar, and Etive), Manson have been appointed to coordinate the submission of the detailed scheme design and provide planning consultancy service. 

The masterplan was prepared by Collective Architecture for the City of Edinburgh Council and approved by the Council in October 2020.
