Manson and Dandara Finalists at Scottish Property Awards 2025

Manson are proud to announce that Granary Wharf (GH20) has been nominated as a finalist in the Build to Rent Development of the Year category at the Scottish Property Awards 2025.

Granary Wharf is the latest Build to Rent development by Dandara Living in Scotland to complete and it delivers 342 apartments.

It is situated in the western expansion of Glasgow Harbour, immediately adjacent to the River Clyde and extends to 15 storeys over a site which is approximately 2 acres. The building boasts a range of high-quality amenity areas which are all focussed on delivering the best possible living experience to the residents. These range from Co-working space, private event rooms, a gym and even a pet grooming room. Dandara Living obtained planning permission in 2018 and made a soft start on site in November 2020. Manson joined the project at RIBA Stage 3 and delivered the Dandara-led project to completion in May 2024.
