The twenty-two storey student accommodation building developed by CA Ventures and built by Watkin Jones Group is one of Glasgow’s tallest buildings and a prominent new addition to the skyline. The scheme comprises of 422 studio rooms and a unique series of social amenity spaces in the heart of Glasgow.

Located on the prominent corner of Cathedral Street and North Hanover Street, directly opposite the Buchanan Galleries and within a 2 minutes’ walk from Queen Street Station/George Square. The new building is ideally suited for students at the Glasgow Caledonian University, City of Glasgow College and Strathclyde University all of whom have campus buildings within minutes’ walk from the site.

The façade design is bold, primarily clad with natural limestone and aluminium cladding. The ground floor arrival and student amenity spaces are generously proportioned. With accommodation largely contained within the mid floors the top floor is entirely dedicated to student amenity space offering stunning 360 degrees views across the whole city and beyond.
